NWT navy blue Eloquii dress

New with tag navy blue Eloquii dress it ties in the front and has two button details on each sleeve, you may need a safety pin for The front. I’m 5”5 and it just comes right above my ankles. It has been in the closet, so please forgive the wrinkles. The dress is a little see-through.
