NWT lovely gray embroidered dress from World Market

New with tags, a, sweet sleeveless dress with beautiful embroidery. The fabric is cotton, and it has a liner as shown in one of the pictures. Size is small/medium. Length is just below the knees. I bought this and just never wore it. Someone should enjoy it! Please let me know if you have any questions.
