NWT lace fringe tunic

This new with tags lace tunic has fun sleeves and tasteful fringe at the base. Very stretchy material. Never worn, my uncle bought it at a boutique out of town so I can't return it. The tag color says brown, but it kind of looks purple so I'm going to call it burgundy. (The last close up pic is very accurate in color)
