NWT knit dress 3D wavy bottom details

NWT. Never worn. I think it’s Sandro? Navy blue. It’s fitted top and A line bottom with cute wavy details. Very well made. Not very forgiving esp top so I would suggest Sz 2 and below or maybe a 4 if you are slim on top or like tight fit on top.
