This new dress from Heartloom is 100% cotton knit. There is a slip for the bottom part of the dress. So the slip is only a skirt. Which leaves the middle of the dress slightly see-through at the holes of the knit . Cross back straps are adjustable, because of the slip this can be worn as a dress or you could remove the slip and wear it as a cover-up.

@northernnelly I can send you those on Friday when we are back in the store. The should strap is adjustable. But we’ll measure from the shorter setting.
