NWT fun Ann Taylor tropical-esque sleeveless top

Winter beach vacation vibes abound! New with tags a tasteful tropical like vibe, very nice material that hangs well with the cutest "fringe" balls along the hem ( front and back). All fringe in-tact and not a single condition issue. It's sized as an XL, but see the measurements to be sure. Laying flat: Bust and waist 23" Length 23" (the fringe only adds about 1/2")
