NWT - formal black gown with beautiful details! Never worn

NWT Gorgeous black gown with silver stones. Floor length gown has a chiffon fabric on the bottom with a slip underneath so you can’t see through. The top of the dress has different fabric that is bunched together in the middle. The back of the gown has a zipper and corset. Size 3XL not true to size. I wear a size 16-18 and it fits me perfectly, I just chose the other dress I bought for an event!
