NWT forever 21 tan and rust orange mini dress size large

New w tags! Adorable “Love 21” size Large mini dress with bat wing sleeves, cowl neck, waist tie & beautiful open back detail! Top is a cream color almost bordering on light pink and the bottom is an apricot/ burnt orange color- a little deeper than pics in person. This dress is adorable but never fit me quite right bc I’m bigger on the bottom and the dress has no stretch to it.
