NWT flared sleeve collared shirt

70's vibes slinky, shiny, accordion pleated fabric partial button down, bottom is open sage green color flared sleeves ruffled hem polyester size medium has almost imperceptible blemish (I included a photo of it but it's even harder to see in photos), looks like a shadow because of the fabric. I don't know what it is, it came that way and the company (Zoco) sent me a new one.
