nickied @elin_s hey! Laying flat size 27 is 28”. Size 26 is 26”. These are low rise. These have good stretch to them. But I do think the thighs run small.

nickied @elin_s hey! Sorry I That was on vacation mode him back to the bunch of questions LOL. The thigh for the 27 is 16”. Good stretch to it though.
