tiajm @melandalin I am petite and my waist is 7 inches below my bust line, so I measured that area (you might be taller and if so, I can re-measure if I know how far your waist is from under your bust line). But, I got about 14” laying flat. The material is stretchy too, so there is a little give. It flares a little as it goes down, so if you have more than 7 inches between bust line and waist, it will be a bit wider. Hope that makes sense.
