NWT express portofino XS so cute

NWT express portofino size XS! I LOVE this pattern but it was gifted and it's the wrong size (bless my mother who knows i LIVE by portofino shirts). Never worn, straight from the store. Sleeves can be rolled up and buttoned, adjustable. It's a dark navy and white pattern. So cute
