NWT Beautiful dress by Talph Lauren. The top is rich black velvet with a v neck. There is a piece of velvet that can be wrapped around and either leave it hanging or tie in a pretty bow. Bottom is a nice, stretch fabric and is fully lined. Dress falls below knee. Never been worn and has tags attached. It is a size 6
