NWT dress.

Bought this and never wore it. Tags still on. Got it at Walmart so this isn’t high end couture! Grey toned dress, measures 37 inches from top of strap to bottom. Bust is 15 inches measured flat but is a stretchy bandeau top. Size is 12. Would be cute as a cover up or layered under a cardigan with boots
