NWT deadstock 1960s vintage shorts small

New with tag deadstock black vintage shorts. Have light marks on inside of shorts like in 3rd photo. Have no effect on wearing of shorts. Are zippered with one button. Very little stretch. Measurements are 13 inches across and 18 inches in length. Have that " vintage" smell and I did not want to launder and remove original tag. These are super nice weight black shorts.
