@lgarce47 Hi. This has dropped sleeves to the empire waist so I measured approximately 21 inches from the bottom of the sleeves. The empire waist elastic, when fully expanded, measures 23 inches. From shoulder to hem it measures approximately 33.5 inches. All measurements are approximate. It is made to wear loose over a bathing suit. I hope this helps.
