NEW!! "Santa Monica" tassel midi skirt from West of Texas. Cream colored sweater knit skirt with HIGH off-center thigh slit and tassels. Lined from waist to above knee. Size large and stretchy, but this is very fitted, and sadly, not very forgiving. It would be adorable on someone who is more toned or confident as a beach coverup or festival outfit.
