NWT blue formal dress w pockets - M

I bought this dress from Nordstrom Rack for a formal wedding but opted for a different one. I waited too long to return and don’t have another occasion for it so would love to rehome! Peacock blue w pockets!! and a a deep slit (excuse my dressing room photo - it would obviously look much better w heels, cute necklace and hair not in a pony :)
