NWT blouse in floral with ruffled belled sleeves

BRAND NEW WITH TAGS semi sheer floral blouse. It has a v’ed neckline and a tie that can be made into a bow or hung as it is shin in a few pictures. The sleeves are exceptional with two ruffled edges and slightly belled. It is styled in a bit of a high-low fashion. It measures 21” armpit to armpit, 27”is from the bottom to the hemline in the front and 29” in the back. Size large.
