NWT black hi low flower girl party dress size 11

NWT black hi low flower girl party dress size 11 My model is a size 8 so obviously the dress is large. She loved it. The tag says 11. I cannot find an accurate size chart but reviews say it is true to size so please check the measurements I posted. The white buttons are a satin type material. I think I might change them but I suppose it was to make it possibly bridal. My daughter thought it would be cute for a Wednesday Adam’s party dress. Pet and smoke free home.
