NWT black "flapper" cocktail dress

Selling this NWT cocktail dress. It was purchased from a sample trunk show and has never been worn except for these photos. It's got this great fringe feature on the front....would be perfect for a halloween costume or party! Top has rhinestone details. Adjustable spaghetti straps.
