NWT - I got this cute simple LBD in an Urban Outfitters in London but never got around to wearing it. Super cute!! it’s a size M and I’m a size 6 for reference. Fitted but not right - a little stretchy. Features a cute ruffle hemline at the bottom and a tiny black rose at the top of the chest. The amount on the tag is in British pounds not dollars!!
