NWT black Emanuel Ungaro dress. Length laid flat is 42.5 inches, width is 12.5 laid flat. Please view photos to see how I took measurements (where I started and ended with the tape measure). The size tag only states "P" (petite). For reference, I am 5 ft 5 inches, weigh 120 lbs, usually wear a size 2, and it fits me. I only wore it to try on.
