NWT beautiful velvet dress 8 size navy blue

Reposhing this item I purchased from @semmii. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. There is a loose seam a couple inches wide at one of the hips. It is also missing one breast pad even though the original pictures show them both attached. I didn’t know until I got it in the mail and didn’t want to bother returning, so wore a different gown to prom. It still has its tags attached! A couple minutes of mending will fix the missing pad and small loose seam. In perfect NWT condition otherwise, the pictures don’t do the gown justice! Questions? Leave a comment below!
