NWT a.n.a. Off The Shoulder Top/Navy/Loose Fit/Long Tie Sleeves/Lower in Back

Brand new a.n.a. off the shoulder top in navy blue. The top has elastic around the shoulders and it has long sleeves that tie at the bottom. It is soft and flowy. The front bottom is shorter than the back and is straight across while the back is rounded (see photos). This top has never been worn.
