You need this adorable NWT R.Vivimos flowing floral dress. Size medium (8/10) but can fit small or large (measurements below). So cute with cowboy boots or sandals. Elastic back on waist is 14" flat and stretches to 16". Drawstring tie in front to cinch tighter. Pit to pit is 20" with three matching material buttons. Can be worn unbuttoned or with a cami. Cute delicate detail on bell sleeves and ruffle on bottom about 8" from hem. 55% rayon 45% cotton. SO CUTE!
