NWT Zara Very Small Knit Sweater Skirt Burgundy Maroon Red Skater Skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @samiandrosie. It is very cute but the waist doesn't stretch or have a zipper and is only 21 inches. I supposed it was marked wrong by Zara (AT NO FAULT TO THE ORIGINAL SELLER) as it has tags that say size S.. This will probably fit a size OOO or XXXS.
