helena90275 @dioseline03 since the side is open, there is really no pit to pit measurements to take, I took the width of the pink horizontal band (sits right under the chest) it measures 15”. The waist is under that pink strap be in the pleated area which is about 17” which can be spread out 3-4 inches. All and all, the fit of this dress is very forgiving.

helena90275 @margaret1221 I am afraid not. I measured the strap under the bust, it measures to 15 1/4” without stretching it. Even when stretched, it only reaches to 16”. So sorry! Hopefully something else in my closet may catch your interest.
