This is an adorable black velvet Zara mini with front ruching. It's lower in the front middle where the rushing meets and higher at the side seams. Rich black velvet, perfect for the holidays! Pair it with my listing for a cute, festive white Zara blouse! Middle at center seam measures 12.5". Side seams measure 15". Waist measures 14.5 laying flat, across the back.
