NWT Young Threads Chambray Belted Dress sz 4X

NWTs Young Threads Sleeveless Dress sz 4X. Runs small which is why I posted the measurements. Chambray gray with purple, yellow and white stripes. Has a tie belt around waist and a zipper with eye and hook closure on the back. I can find a tag with the material but it almost has maybe some linen in it. This was purchased from Mod Cloth.
