Sizing is given as a range of chest widths. Measure your dog around the widest part of its chest, usually just behind the front legs. Small/Medium = 14″-20″ Chest x 3/4″width Large = 20″-28″ Chest x 1″width This is marked small/ medium and when I measure it extended it measures 21-22”
