NWT YMI Lace Fringe Beach Coverup or Dress/Blouse Topper

This piece is so versatile in how it can be worn. Over a dress or top both dressy or with jeans or as a beach coverup. The hem is staggered vs straight across and the staggered hem is very flattering and sliming. The hem just above the fringe comes down in V points with one in the back that gives this top a unique style. The fringe itself feels like silk and looks airy. Even though the body of this top is lacey, it is a lacey style that can be either dressy or casual. It is a size M. I wear a small but it would not overwhelm my size so could be worn by a size S as well. I checked YMI website and this top is no longer available so it is unique indeed! The length at it's longest point measured from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the fringe is 28". The sleeve length from the arm pit seam to the end of the sleeve is 7.5 inches.
