NWT Y2K Floral Maxi Dress

Firstly the most accurate color of dress is after the first 3 pics! Nwts and super cute maxi style dress. I'm 5'0/99lbs & it fits me with room 2 spare. Hits the floor if im barefoot! Shoes bring it up off ground but not too much. So in MY opinion it runs more "S/M" verses S! Cute ruffled trim & adjustable shoulder straps.
