Fit you perfectly. I'm 29 waist but just ate so I'm full right now. 36 full B n weigh bout 123 lbs last I checked 1 week ago at drs. My problem lies in the busy area cuz I'm small so I think your fuller bust will def full it out the way I can't. I'd have to taken in the straps to fit it tighter on me. This size runs true to size and won't be hanging loose in you I feel.

And no this fabric does not stretch. It's like a chiffon with metallic gold fibers or gold threading that shines exactly as shown or even more so in real life. But it has plenty of volume to fit wide hips if you're concerned n is fully lined n has light to medium padding to wear w/o a bra. Hope this helps.
