New with tags. The measurements for the xxl are 21 inches armpit to armpit 14 inches at the waist but it stretches to 28 inches and 55 inches shoulder to hem. The measurements for the extra small are 16 inches armpit to armpit and 10.5 inches at the waist but stretches to 21 inches and 50 inches shoulder to hem. The material is 95% rayon and 5% spandex.
