NWT XOXO Color Block Midi Dress

This NWT black and light tan sexy retro style dress can be worn to work or out with friends! Juniors 7/8, actually fits more like a 4-6 and would fit someone who wears a small-medium. Has some stretch so it's pretty forgiving. Missing belt but looks great without, or you can add one. Never got a chance to wear and it's too big on me now. It's in perfect condition, new with tags and never worn.
