NWT: Women’s long evening dress wig Pockets!!!

Black top with blue print at the bottom where skirt is. It is pleated and also has pockets which was one of the reasons I bought it..but of the two dresses I bought I went with the other one. Have not been able to wear this to a party so I am parting with it sadly!
