NWT Women's blue blouse, size large

Never worn. New with packaging (did not come with tags). Purchased from a Jane boutique and could not return. Size large, but fits more like an extra large. 27" length (shoulder to hem); 21" bust (armpit to armpit). "Vintage Navy" color, most like the first photo. From a smoke- and pet-free home.
