Brand new gorgeous navy blue crepe-type dress. V-neck. 3 silvertone tubal ornaments decorate the neck with a little bling. The middle one separates the two ends of the V. Soft, flowy ruffles cascade down the middle of dress in semi-sheer loveliness. Hidden zipper in the back. Two thin ribbons are tied at the top of the neck. No ruffles in the back but the way the dress is made it flows & drapes as well. Fully lined with an attached slip (pic9). Just beautiful for a wedding or special evening out. Sz 4.
