NWT Women’s Pleated High Waist Light Blue Skater or Uniform Skirt Size XL

This brand new light blue pleated skirt from urban Coco has been fashioned as a school uniform skirt or skater skirt. This is a size extra large so please make sure you check the photos for measurements. The fabric contents are 18%, cotton 78% polyester and 4% spandex. It does zip in the back. The last photo indicates the true color of the skirt, as it is much more a light baby blue than the turquoise.
