Reposhing this item I purchased from @katenicole514. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Please note I cut the plastic tie to try one bootie on and I'm needing a size 8. I'm usually an 8.5 - 9 boot and these size 9s were slightly longer than I like. These should fit IMO a true 9 - 9.5 They're still brand new and in the exact condition pictured. Questions?
