NWT Women’s Cynthia Rowley Maxi Dress 100% Silk

Cynthia Rowley Women’s NWT, beautiful, never worn, 100% silk maxi dress (second layer lining is 100% polyester) and has pockets. Detachable matching belt. 1 string loop on either side of the dress for the silk belt. Long and needs to be hemmed. I am 5’4. Would probably fit size XS, S, M. Beautiful to wear on a vacation or to a wedding!
