NWT Women's Crepe Dress

NWT Women's black crepe dress. Sleeveless. Bodice is made up of individual pleats that form the V-neckline. Dress is fully lined with a black knit-type fabric. From under the bustline to hem is a semi-sheer flowy crepe fabric that's the overlay to the knit fabric. The overlay hangs about 6" below the knit dress underneath (see pic7).
