Girls size 8 new with tags formal dress. Would be great for a flower girl or christening. Beautiful pearl waistband. I bought the wrong size and I missed the return window. There are two very subtle stains/scuffs that I have not tried to remove but are very minimally-noticeable one of the bottom back left (lace) and the other on the front under layer (satin) which is not visible through the lace overlay.
