NWT White button up dramatic sleeve romper

Romper is new with tags. Featuring button up top and zipper bottom for easy getting on and off. Long sleeves are dramatic, smaller at the top and then billowing out toward the wrist. Romper length is not too long not too short. Waist has some gathering to give a nice shape. Will look great with heels or OTK boots. Romper fabric has a nice weight to it. Definitely not thin.
