greerface I can measure for you tomorrow. Shouldn't be an issue fitting. Because of the open back and the flowy skirt it can fit a lot of measurements (particularly on top) while still being a true small. Will get back to you with exact measurements tomorrow. Thanks!

greerface @smilelaughaly wasn't sure if you had wanted the measurements or not but I went ahead and measured. Because it's open center they are a little funny. The bust is 32" armpit to armpit. The waist of the skirt part is 28" but depending on your size/ height you can wear it higher or lower. Shoulder to hem is 31". I'm a size 4-6 and a 34d and my friend is a size 0-2 barely b and we both fit, just a bit different. Sorry for the delay if you had been waiting. Let me know if you have any questions.
