NWT White and red ruffle dress.

New with tags dress, very summery and cute, just a little too big for and outside return. Tag is 2X, but feel it could fit up to 3x. Has stretch and liner that stretches. Measurements: pit to pit 28 in, length 40 in. Would like to get some return on what I paid.
