NWT White and Floral Print cocktail dress

NWT white background with gorgeous floral pattern. Contrasting spaghetti straps and belt. Zip up side (is too small for mannequin, but the zipper is fine). Never worn, from a local boutique. Is a size small but fits more like an extra small.
