silkandnylon @evergreenblues @evergreenblues it's in great condition I only tried this on, and it's been in original packaging since. The top has no adjustable back. Oh no dear... your waist is exactly like mine and this was too loose on me. If you look at the size chart it says 29.5 for the waist on the medium. :( the top would fit you perfect but not the bottom...

suzmamj @silkandnylon I sew and crochet and I believe you could make the bottoms fit your smaller waist if you either run a ribbed ribbon through the top of the waist band and made it a cinch waist or have someone crochet you a small single crochet ribbon and thread that through the top of the waist. You could do multiple colors or white. It would be super cute!
