Is the bottom like flared and kinda has a ruffle to it or very stiff looking like in the picture. Also, I am 5’3 and around 120 lb, what size would be the best and how long do you think the length would be?

@hyemin63 I’m so sorry, I missed your comment! The bottom doesn’t have a ruffle, but it does slightly flare at the bottom. The slit in the back will allow a lot of movement. It’s not super stretchy, but it’s not stiff.
The size you need would depend on your bust/waist measurements (check out the size chart pic) and how fitted you wanted it to be. My guess would be a 0, and it is approximately 42” long.
